Can I pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered within Uganda using our company riders.
This payment option is not available if:
- You arrange your own rider or delivery personnel.
- The delivery location is outside Uganda.

How soon will my order be processed?
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. However, some situations may cause delays.
Orders that include backordered, special-order, or limited-availability items may be delayed until all items are available for shipment.
Additionally, if an order is identified for security verification, processing may be paused until the required information is confirmed.
